The New Rotating Gas Baking Oven constitutes a revolution in the sector of catering and offers great potentials to every professional.
We refer to an open oven with extra lighting which gives you the ability to watch the whole procedure of baking on the rotating ceramic or stainless steel plate.
The user of the device can bake anything he/she wants like pizza, pastry products or heating up complete meals. It produces perfect fresh pizzas or meals in 6 minutes with tray and in 4 minutes by baking directly to the ceramic surface (for example 90 pizzas-30cm per hour).
You can find the model in 3 sizes, mod.RP1 (single floor), mod.RP2 (double floor), mod.RP3 (triple floor).
It’s construction is made exclusively of stainless steel and allocates all the safety systems according the international regulations.
